Purified plasmid from overnights containing SoxS and HemH with the weak, medium, and strong promoters for SoxR and OxyR, respectively.

Did colony PCR to find OxyR medium and SoxS strong constructs.

Electroporation: plasmids with GFP only and GFP with the SoxS promoter into SoxR- strains; plasmids with GFP only and GFP with either the HemH and KatG promoters into OxyR- minus strains; plasmids with GFP only and GFP with one of the SoxS, HemH, and KatG promoters into wild-type E. Coli strains.
