- Restreaked all the colonies onto new ara/amp/Xgal plates to redo the experiment one last time. Placed in 30ºC incubator
- Took colonies that looked promising and made overnights to do plasmid preps.
Examples of these plates that were double checked.
- IGM45, our wild-type thermosensor is in upper left quadrant (9 o'clock-10 o'clock space).

- Plasmid prep on 14 of the colonies to sequence our thermosensor
