Growth plate
1. Add 20 ml of 60 °C ager to a 100 ml plastic flask.
2. Add 20 μl of each antibiotic if necessary.
3. Poor the content inside the plastic flask onto the plate and let it cool of half open.
4. Put it in the 37 °C stove.
