UNIVERSITY OF EAST ANGLIA-JOHN INNES CENTRE
1. Select a colony by sampling it with a wooden pick
2. Place into the appropriate antibiotic LB broth
3. Incubate at 37°C overnight in an Incubator Shaker
4. Store at -20°C
