Discussed assembly protocol and current status of things Looked at the kits and Bas is working on a report for that Labwork this week: -Testing constructs (details worked out on a day to day basis)
Loads of discussion about labwork and the assemblies we’re making and the testing -Various testing schemes. Yuri will work on this:
