DM3 Plates

DM3 plates:

  • Agar 200ml 4%
  • Sodium Succinate 500ml 1M pH 7.3
  • Casamino Acids 100ml 5%
  • Yeast Extract 50ml 10%
  • K2HPO4 3.5% + KH2PO4 1.5% in 100ml
  • Glucose 15ml 20%
  • MgCl2 20ml 1M
  • BSA 5ml 2%

Notes

  • Autoclave everything except BSA
  • Filter sterilize BSA and add when mixture is ~55˚C
