- Sodium Succinate 500ml 1M pH 7.3
- Casamino Acids 100ml 5%
- Yeast Extract 50ml 10%
- K2HPO4 3.5% + KH2PO4 1.5% in 100ml
- Glucose 15ml 20%
- MgCl2 20ml 1M
- BSA 5ml 2%
Notes
- Filter sterilize BSA and add when mixture is ~55˚C
