Our team was contacted by the producers of a BBC Horizon documentary on synthetic biology. After some correspondence, their film crew decided to come out and shoot some footage of our team as part of a segment about NASA’s interest in synthetic biology.

The BBC tagged along on one of our high atmosphere balloon flights, meant to study the hardiness of our microbes in simulated Marslike conditions. Be sure to check us out when the documentary is released in early 2012!
