Competent Cells
- Jacob began making chemically competent DH5a E. coli cells.
1,8-cineole
- Jacob ran a PCR to add SMAI and NOTI sites onto his gene in order to put it on the yeast plasmid. The PCR was shown to be successful with a gel.
