Microscopy test

This protocol aims at preparing glass slides for observation of biofilms with a fluorescent microscope.

Procedure

1. In empty sterile plates, introduce 10mL of M63G medium and 100µL of appropriate antibiotic.

2. Add 100µL of bacteria from a saturated liquid culture.

3. Finally, add 3 or 4 sterile glass slides with a sterile tweezer.

4. Incubate at 30°C overnight.

5. Observe the slides with a fluorescent microscope.
