This device is constructed with BBa_I3602, BBa_K561000, BBa_K561002. Its expression is controlled by different promoters: Ptet, Pvgb and PfdhF under different oxygen concentrations.

Characterization

The expression of CFP repressed by tetR which is expressed by subpart of BBa_K561000 or BBa_K561002:

This device has the Ptet promoter, which can be repressed by tetR. Its expression is very low under micro-aerobic and anaerobic conditions when tetR was expressed. Its PoPS is 0.3542 /h.
