Purpose:
Extract digested silicatein, ligate and transform.
Procedures:
-Left ligation for 3 hours at room temperature.
-Transformed into JM109 and plated on LB+Amp
Results:
-Digested Silicatein=31.9 ng/uL
~10 colonies appeared
