-Speeding up-

Digested HNS(wt) with XbaI+SpeI and I20260 with BlnⅠ.

Although concentration was very low, try to ligate HNS(wt) +I20260 and induce them into competent cell.

Amplified and purification I20260 with PCR.

Digestion HNS(wt) with XbaI+SpeI, I20260 with BlnI
