Data for our favourite new part

• Part [http://partsregistry.org/wiki/index.php?title=Part:BBa_K646000 BBa_K646000], Hemeoxygenase with RBS, is our favourite part, as it was the part we were most easily able to get to express and submit to the registry.

Date for pre-existing parts. These parts were used in the creation of our biobricks and were taken from the kit plates.

• T7 promoter [http://partsregistry.org/wiki/index.php?title=Part:BBa_I719005 BBa_I719005] from 2007 Imperial Team. Experience and characterisation added.

• T7 promoter [http://partsregistry.org/wiki/index.php?title=Part:BBa_I712074 BBa_I712074] from 2007 Ljubljana Team. Experience and characterisation added.

Both were used and shown to work.

• Parts BBa_K497005 [http://partsregistry.org/wiki/index.php?title=Part:BBa_K497005] and Part:BBa_K497006 [http://partsregistry.org/wiki/index.php?title=Part:BBa_K497006] from Macquarie University iGEM 2010 were improved and consequently made redundant with the production of our BioBrick [http://partsregistry.org/wiki/index.php?title=Part:BBa_K646000 BBa_K646000]
