Data for our favourite new part

• Part BBa_K646000. Hemeoxygenase with RBS, is our favourite part, as it was the part we were most easily able to get to express and submit to the registry.

• Part BBa_K646003. T7 promoter with Hemeoxygenase. This is a composite part, combining our above BioBrick with BBa_I719005

• Part BBa_K646004. T7 promoter with Hemeoxygenase. This is another composite part, combining our above BioBrick with BBa_I712074

Data for pre-existing parts. These parts were used in the creation of BioBricks 2 and 3 above, and were taken from the kit plates.

• T7 promoter BBa_I719005 from 2007 Imperial Team. Experience notes added.

• T7 promoter BBa_I712074 from 2007 Ljubljana Team. Experience notes added.

Both parts were successfully integrated into our project and shown to work.

Improvement of previous BioBrick

• Part BBa_K497005 from Macquarie University iGEM 2010 was improved and consequently made redundant with the production of our BioBrick BBa_K646000. Experience notes were added to part BBa_K497005, which can be found here.
