Labwork
- Took out the A2 plates from yesterday, they looked fine. They will be put in the fridge to Maria on monday.
- Send the A2 to sequencing
- Made SDS samples from the growing UserB1 and control
- Made O/N culture on the UserB1 with suffix and prefix
- Made amp plates
- Made TB media and buffer
- Autoclaved a lot
