Labwork

• Took out the A2 plates from yesterday, they looked fine. They will be put in the fridge to Maria on monday.

• Send the A2 to sequencing

• Made SDS samples from the growing UserB1 and control

• Made O/N culture on the UserB1 with suffix and prefix

• Made amp plates

• Made TB media and buffer

• Autoclaved a lot

Other work

• Cleared the fridge
