We did:

1-Preparation of TAE 1X.

2. Electrophoresis in TAE 1X with products of PCR with Rh1AB primers (8/14/11).

3. Autoclave LB medium for competent cells.

4. Verified growth of bacteria (Not growth appropriately).

5. Reformulate protocol for competent cells.

6. Concentrate DNA of PCR of 8/14/11 - 50 microliters each tube approximately.

7. Prepare materials for competent cell.

8. Cells overnight
