"Overnight" Cell Culture

Materials:
Bacterial sample
LB broth
15 ml centrifuge tube
Procedure:
1. Add 2ml of sterile LB broth into a 15ml centrifuge tube.
2. Inoculate the tube with 50ul of liquid bacterial sample or a single colony from an agar plate.
3. Incubate at 37°C from one evening to the next morning. ("overnight")
