Experimental Design

This is our experimental flowchart for the E. coli CRISPR platform.

Plasmid Design

The plasmid containing CRISPR derived from E. Coli was intended to include Cas genes A, B, C, D, E, and 9. In addition, it includes a leader sequence corresponding to most K12 CRISPR constructs, which is adjacent to our GFP-targeting Repeat/Spacer array.
