Purpose:
-Test liquid cultures for plasmid
-Add 1 uL to GoGreen with OmpA primers and run PCR for 20 cycles. Then check on a gel.
-Miniprep liquid cultures containing the TOPO OmpA.
Procedures:
GoGreen Reaction
-5 uL 2x Gogreen Mix
-0.3 uL Primer 1
-0.3 uL Primer 2
-Template
-For colony pcr=add colony to tube
-For culture pcr=add 0.6 uL
-For minprep pcr=add 0.3 uL
-ddH20 up to 10 uL
Run for 20 cycles.
