Diana Chinyere Anyaogu

Diana Chinyere Anyaogu is a research assistance at Center for Microbial Biotechnology, Department of Systembiology, Technical university of Denmark. She is working within the field of metabolic engineering, where she also wrote her Bachelor Thesis about the metabolite production in Cladosporium. She have kindly used her time and experience to help us in the lab with protein extraction in fungi.


Line Albertsen

Line Albertsen is a Post.doc working in the research group DNA Repair at Center for Microbial Biotechnology, Department of Systembiology, Technical university of Denmark. Line Albertsen also achieved her Bachelor- and Master degree from the Technical University of Denmark, and later conducted her Ph.D project at Center for Microbial Biotechnology under supervision of Associate professor Uffe Mortensen. Line Albertsen has great experience with fungi, and has helped us with the execution of the ß-galactosidase and Bradford Assays.


Jakob Blæsbjerg Nielsen

Jakob Blæsbjerg Nielsen is a Assistant professor at Center for Microbial Biotechnology, Department of Systembiology, Technical university of Denmark, where he works at the Research group Mutant library of Aspergillus nidulans. Jakob Blæsbjerg Nielsen has, beside his Master degree in Chemical engineering and Biotechnology, obtain his Ph.D and Post. Doc at DTU. Through his year at DTU he have obtained great knowledge and experience with especially "Aspergillus", which he gladly passed on to us.


David Lemvigh

David Lemvigh is Master Student at Computer Science and Engineering,Technical University of Denmark, with specialization in Software engineering. David has great skills in programming and master among other Java, C#, and Python. Even through, David is writing his master thesis, he has found time to help us with our html-homepage and has shown great patience toward our many fancy ideas and requirements.


Martin Weiss Nielsen

Martin Weiss Nielsen is a Ph.D student at Center for Systems Microbiology, Department of System biology, DTU, where he is writing his thesis about Characterization of microbial growth and adaption in models of human lungs. He achieved his Master degree with in Biochemistry, Immunology from University of Copenhagen. Martin Weiss Nielsen has helped us with the confocal microscopy of the mammalian cells.
