Happy bithday to Mads on our iGEM-team:) There were 3 colonies on the A2-plate from the transformation yesterday and none on the A1-plate.
Lab Work
- Mutation and transformation of A1 and A2 with an other amount of template (from 10 ng, 25 ng and 50 ng)
- Miniprep on B1 and check the mutations by cutting with Xbal before running a gel.
- B1 has been sent to sequentation

- Wuhhuuuuu another danish biotech company will support us!
