Happy bithday to Mads on our iGEM-team:) There were 3 colonies on the A2-plate from the transformation yesterday and none on the A1-plate.

Lab Work

• Mutation and transformation of A1 and A2 with an other amount of template (from 10 ng, 25 ng and 50 ng)

• Mini prep on B1 and checked the mutations by cutting with Xbal before running a gel.

• B1 has been sent to sequencing

• Wuhhuuuuu another danish biotech company will support us!
