''A.nidulans'' strain A1147 inoculated on complete medium plate complemented with vitamin solution (riboflavin), uridine and p-aminobenzoicacid. Grown overnight at 37 C.
A.niger strains with GFP, RFP and YFP were received on plates. These strains were donated by A. Vinck. We will use these strains to familiarize ourselves with the microscope. The plates were left during the weekend at room temperature.
