Purpose:
Extract the pBAD plasmid from JM109, digest the of insert and vector and purify the cut DNA.
Procedures:
-Same steps as before.
-Another liquid culture of the pBAD was inoculated due to the low yields.
Results:
Tube 2 (insert)= 21.9 ng/ul
Plasmid DNA(undigested miniprep)= 12.9
