Lab Work
- prepared a sample for O/N incubation of our BioBrick in exp. plasmid in exp. cells.
- Prepared TB medium for tomorrow's inoculation.
- Made an O/N ligation of A2 and B1 in pSB1C3.
- Made some LB-agar for the cam/IPTG plates.
Other Work
- Tried hardly to compose primers to the human cytochromes for the USER Cloning assembly.
