Lab Work

• prepared a sample for O/N incubation of our BioBrick in exp. plasmid in exp. cells.

• Prepared TB medium for tomorrow's inoculation.

• Made an O/N ligation of A2 and B1 in pSB1C3.

• Made some LB-agar for the cam/IPTG plates.

Other Work

• Tried hardly to compose primers to the human cytochromes for the USER Cloning assembly.
