-Speeding Up-

PCR HNS(wt), BBa_I20260(except GFP) and electrophored.

PCR was worked 98℃ 10sec, 49℃ 15sec, 72℃ 3.5min for 30cycles.

As a result, confirmated increase of HNS(wt) but not BBa_I20260.

HNS(wt) was refined by phenol chloroform mixture and ethanol precipitation.
