Purpose: to isolte the pUCBB-lacZ and pBBR plasmids from overnight cultures.
Procedure: performed a miniprep of 4 3ml overnight cultures according to the Promega Wizard Plus miniprep kit specifications.
Results:
Good concentrations were achieved for both pUCBB-lacZ and pBBR. Minipreps stored in the -20 degree C freezer.
