- Sent out sponsorship emails to Roche, Promega, and Fermentas
Thursday
- Put together CSS template for wiki homepage and content pages, as well as starting to make graphics
Friday
- GFP PCR- ed off backbone,
- Primer pair A and B were phosphorylated and annealed
Saturday
- GFP PCR product Gel Purified, Digested, PCR clean up
- pZE-12 Backbone plasmid was miniprepped, digested, Gel Purified
- Primer pair A and B were phosphorylated and annealed
- Ligation of all three components done overnight.
- Sent out sponsorship emails to NEB, life technologies, agilent, and synthetic Genomics.
