AMB-1's growth curve When is the Log phase?
We represent AMB-1's growth curve by measuring the growth in terms of overall volume rather than number of cells. It is important to find out log phase , because log phase is the best time for electroporation. We better keep AMB-1 in "log phase", cause this phase is the index to do electroporation. The success rate will be greatly improved in log phase. Therefore, by keeping AMB-1 in "log phase"(approximately 3~6 days),we can get the best result from electroporation.
