SYNTHETIC BIOLOGY TURKEY MEETINGS 1.0 OF iGEM TURKEY TEAMS

Target Audience: 2011 Turkey iGEM teams, academics, biotechnology companies, undergraduate and postgraduate students
Speakers: Instructors of iGEM Teams, managers of Association of Synthetic Biology, Cyber-park managers, IGEM teams,
Bio- entrepreneurship company owners, Invited academics from overseas (Teleconference)
Event Description: The aim of the event is to enable exchange of experience and good practice between researchers,
related companies, and all members of the Turkey iGEM teams. The main focuses of the meeting are “The Synthetic biology in
Turkey” and “the iGEM competition potential on ongoing studies” topics. Turkish teams of the iGEM 2011 present
their current projects. After presentations, teams accept questions and comments about their project.
