This protocol aims at





Procedure



1. In empty sterile plates, introduce 10mL of M63G medium and 100µL of appropriate antibiotic.


2. Add 100µL of bacteria from a saturated liquid culture.

3. Finally, add 3 or 4 sterile glass slides with a sterile tweezer.

4. Incubate at 30°C overnight.

4. Observe the slides with a fluorescent microscope.
