The pages set out below include a summary of the laboratory protocols we used, as well as a brief summary of the lab work we completed or the issues we encountered each month. For more information on our Project, or to see some Data, please visit their respective pages.

Protocols

I suppose you would want a summary of the Protocols here with a link to every section within your protocols page. I'm not sure if this would be different to the top of the protocols page...

It'd be nice to have a picture here too. It can be hyperlinked as well.

Initial ideas and discussion, plus the sourcing of parts.

May

Preparing parts to be standardized as BioBricks.

June

Cloning attempts and Outreach efforts

July

Further attempts to clone correct parts as well as development of our Human Practices secion.

August

Resolution of some laboratory issues we had with synthesized parts and repeated attempts to standardize our parts.

September

Producing BioBrick parts and starting on their cloning and characterisation.
