We did:

1. Prepare aliquots of 50 microM of primers.

2. Revision of gel of electrophoresis of PCR 8/22/11 for have more DNA concentrated for mutagenesis.

3. Miniprep of GFP and Terminator.

4. Re-culture of GFP-Terminator for more aliquote in glicerol + miniprep.
