We did:

1. Prepared agar LB (500 ml) and ampiciline (50 microliters/ml).

2. Digestions with Pst1 of our Rh1AB gen purified with PCR.

3. Check operation of other enzymes (Xba1, Spe1 and EcoR1) in a gen of Plasmodium falciparum.
