We did:

1. A PCR of the last miniprep to determine if what we extract was right. We use the PCR protocol for Rht gen Wetlab Protocols for the load proved of 2,5 microliters of primer (1)

2. Electrophoresis of the products of today PCR (Rht gen) and the productos of the miniprep of june 30 (P+BRS and GFP+T)
