We did:

1. Revise the plates with transformation of the new competent cells.

2. Biobrick transformation of TUDelft. (Alkane hidroxyase, Salt tolerance cluster, Solvent tolerance cluster).

3. Digestion of PsH gen - bands of product results with high weight.

4. Prepared different growth mediums and put Expression Plasmid in growing.
