Purpose:

To concentrate our DNA and to remove the excess water.

Procedures:

-Speed vacuum on aq-solution for 1 hour at 30 degrees.

-Resuspended in 15 ul of ddH20.

Results:

OmpA Gel purified=104.7 ng/ul

pBAD plasmid=237.7

Digest of OmpA= 16.5
