Purpose:
-To cut vector (pucBB) and insert (ompA) with NdeI and NotI.
-Gel extract the back-up PCR of ompA.
Procedure:
Followed the standard protocol.
Results:
Gel Extraction of OmpA
DNA 4=13.2 ng/ul
DNA 5= 18.2 ng/ul
Revision: Updated 9/27/2011 to add gel images.
