I ran gell with NEW PCR product of ho1 and cph 8 because last time we got pretty low concentration.
this time, we got clear band at 2300ish and 700ish.
I cut them out and put them into tubes labeled as 07/28/11 ho1 PCR and 07/28/11 cph8 PCR.
They are stored in igem 2011 box at -20 freezer
