I ran gel with PCR product of ho1 and cph 8
ho1 got one band at 700ish so I cut that out and stored it to tube labeled as 07/22/11 ho1 pcr
cph 8 got two band at 2000ish and 1300ish. so I cut 2000ish out and stored it to tube labled as 07/22/11 cph 8 pcr.
remain pcr product tubes are now put together with blue tapes
all tubes are now stored in the box igem 2011 at -20 freezer.
