Purpose: to transform the pUC-pcyA-ho1-Cph8 composite into e. coli.
Procedure: performed an electroporation with the pUC-pcyA-ho1-Cph8 ligation product per lab protocol. Plated on amp plate and placed in 37 degree c incubator overnight.
