Beginning of Week 3, and it seems like time is starting to move quickly! Today required us to make a lot of agar plates with different antibiotic contents to test the resistance of the different bacterial strains we are working with. Glycerol stock were made, and methods for quantification were explored. Equipment for the lab was ordered, and our trip to Norwich was booked. We are all really excited to see tomorrow's results and even more excited about our trip for a chance to get to know people from other teams, and hear how their projects are coming along!
