This is officially our last day in the lab. But some of us will come again in the next week to finish the things that we have worked on in this week:

To do:

• A2: Have been send to sequencing yesterday, the result will tell us which colonies we can work with next week. Next week we will grow the choosen colonies for 3 days, make membranepreparation and check our result with SDS and TLC.

• B1: Send to sequencing. The result of this will tell us whether the gene for B1 actually has been inserted in the PSB1C3.
