Results of PCR Colony

Gel of PCR Colony - Column 1.2.1 - 1.2.2 - 1.3.1 - 1.3.2 - 2.2.1 - 2.2.2 - 2.3.1 - 2.3.2 - 3.7.1 - 3.7.2 - 3.8.1 - 3.8.2 - 4.7.1 - 4.7.2 - 4.8.1 - 4.8.2

So it seems that 3 clones of tetR:YFP (2.2.1 - 2.2.2 - 2.3.1) and 2 clones of tetO array (4.7.1 -4.8.2) works.
Sent it today to sequencing.

Going to vacation, all instructions are in a paper in the computer room if someone wants to progress in this project !
