The Horizontal axis means the time of growth and the Vertical axis means the OD565, the maximum absorbance of AMB-1. The AMB-1 enters log phase at about 7~10 days.

Therefore, by keeping AMB-1 in "log phase" (approximately 3~6 days in Enrich-MSGM, 7~10 days in MSGM), we can get the best results for electroporation.
