We present AMB-1's growth curve in terms of OD565, the maximum absorbance of AMB-1. It is important to find out the log phase, because log phase is the best time for electroporation. We better keep AMB-1 in "log phase", because this phase is the index to do electroporation. The success rate will be greatly improved in log phase. Therefore, by keeping AMB-1 in "log phase" (approximately 3~6 days), we can get the best results from electroporation.
