Wednesday 22/6
We started with introductory lectures in systems biology with Marius Eidsaa. We also discuss the different approaches and decided to work with two different models Bayesian Networks and systems of Ordinary Differential Equations, and possibly extend it to Stochastic Differential Equations.
Friday 8/7
We was given an introductory lecture in Biology and Biotechnology by Gunnvor, too get an understanding of the work beeing done at the lab.
Wednesday 20/7
We visited the lab to see how gelelectrophoresis was performed.
